After a brief helicopter theory lesson, you and your instructor will join the helicopter on the tarmac. You do a technical inspection of the aircraft and then climb aboard. You take the seat on the right, which is the pilot’s seat. Your instructor sits in the left-hand seat. You switch on the ignition and start the turbine; the rotor begins to spin, reaching 393 rpm. Then, once you’ve received clearance to take off, you activate the general pitch (the collective) in order to take off.
You don’t need any special documents or certificates for an introductory helicopter flight. Just give us a call and book over the phone.
