Let two people in your circle enjoy this introduction to flying an Ecureuil H125 helicopter. Your instructor welcomes you. Then you’re off to the briefing room for a theory lesson on the helicopter and aerodynamics. Flying a helicopter is more complex than flying a plane, and requires a great deal of finesse. Particularly for take-off or hovering, you need to coordinate 4 controls simultaneously. Firstly, the collective, plus the throttle, secondly the cyclic, and finally the rudder at your feet.
