– A reservation or the purchase of a gift voucher/ticket is final.
– For safety reasons, an activity may be cancelled or postponed.
– In the event of health problems, please contact a Swissraft manager.
– It is recommended that you be able to swim for certain activities.
– Whitewater and Bungee activities are not possible during pregnancy.
– We accept no responsibility for valuables, glasses, cameras, etc.
– The company reserves the right to modify its rates and timetables.
– Please respect the age limit for each activity.
– Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years.
– Once this deadline has passed, any increase in the price of the voucher will be invoiced.
– Extension of ONLINE vouchers (max. 8 years): CHF 25.00 (administration fee) per year.
– A PO is interchangeable free of charge.
– A PO can be cancelled free of charge within 5 days of placing the order.
– After 5 days, 20% of the PO value will be retained if the PO is valid.
– Accident insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
– Swissraft has a liability insurance policy.
– In the event of a dispute, the court of Bellinzona shall have sole jurisdiction.
In the event of cancellation of a reservation, we will apply the following scale of deductions:
– 60 days or more before departure: Fr. 150 per booking.
– 59 to 30 days: 30% of the reservation amount.
– 29 to 10 days: 60% of the total booking amount.
– 9 to 1 day: 100% of the total booking amount.
– On the same day, the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
– Of course, you can always find a replacement.
– For large events, special cancellation/modification conditions can be agreed.
IMPORTANT
Cancellations or changes to your reservation CAN ONLY BE MADE BY PHONE at the following times: Monday to Friday, 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm. CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS MADE BY E-MAIL WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
