You do some body exercises; position your head and arms during freefall. Secondly, you’ll need goggles, a helmet and possibly a suit. Then comes the moment when you board the plane with a little apprehension. Don’t worry, your instructor-pilot has thousands of jumps under his belt.
What’s more, during the ascent, which lasts around 20 minutes, you can enjoy the beautiful view from the airplane. The pressure eases and you relax a little. This is called an AFF jump and requires a day’s preparation. You jump accompanied by 2 instructors who will follow you throughout the freefall.
